The company is a brainchild of IIT Jodhpur alumni Neeraj Kumar with 3 years of work experience in the solar industry and Manish Kumar Das, an instrumentation engineer with 10 years of experience. We are one of India’s fastest growing solar module cleaning system [MCS] providers. Skilancer Solar specializes in providing permanent professional cleaning services [MCS] of solar panels of commercial parks & establishments.
Skilancer Solar has focused on solar cleaning equipment, an area where Neeraj believed an opportunity existed, due to the issues of cleaning itself as well as wastage and maintenance.

Robotic Cleaning System
Skilancer solar is in the business of maximizing energy production from Solar panels. We design and manufacture automatic, self-powered, water less Solar Module cleaners for decentralized, rooftop, and utility scale solar power plants. We are engaged with our end customers right from the design stage to understand their challenges, develop products and offer services to improve their efficiency. Our products and solutions help protect the environment.
Our Solar Cleaning Robot is a water-free cleaning system, meaning that your site not only avoids the cost of water, but also the infrastructure that supports it, be it tanker trucks, storage containers, hoses and piping. It removes 99% of soiling on a daily basis using a combination of three factors A special microfiber that gently wipes soiling away, controlled airflow over the panel surface, and gravity to ensure soiling is moved downwards and off panel rows
OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE
We have an experienced Operations & Maintenance division, which takes preventive and corrective maintenance services for solar power plants. Our team operates and maintains solar power plants, offers monthly reporting on generation and activities, provides project commissioning expertise along with developing mechanism to retrieve and manage generation data. Our O&M team has an experience of over 30 MW of projects globally.

Skilancer Solar Private Limited is a fully forward-integrated and comprehensive EPC solutions provider. We deploy world-class technology to design, install and commission benchmark solar projects worldwide.
The highly skilled and dedicated EPC Team at Skilancer Solar ensures the completion of each solar plant from concept to commissioning including its operation and maintenance for the complete lifespan of the plant. The company has developed expertise in engineering and technology, procurement and project management, construction and commissioning, with a strong command over asset management.
Our team’s combined experience exceeds 70+ MW in handling large scale EPC and I&C projects across different landscapes like Rooftop, Ground Mounted and Canal Top projects across India.

Andhra Pradesh Energy Innovation Summit
Skilancer Solar was the first runner up among 200 participants from 25 countries at the Andhra Pradesh Energy Innovation Summit held on February 19, 2020. Skilancer Solar also signed a MOU with the Andhra Pradesh Government.

Skilancer Solar was selected to be among the few startups incubated under the L Incubator Program by IIM Lucknow in 2018.
